Refund policy

1. Our Policy

At April Studio, each piece is made in limited quantities with care. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds once an order is placed. However, we are happy to review genuine exchange requests in special cases.

2. Exchange Eligibility

We accept exchange requests only if:

  • The item received has a manufacturing defect
  • You received the wrong product, size, or colour
  • You need a size exchange (subject to availability)
3. Request Timeline

All exchange requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.

4. Conditions for Exchange

To be eligible, the item must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Have tags attached
  • Include proof of purchase
  • For damaged/incorrect items, clear photos and an unboxing video are required
5. Shipping Charges
  • If the issue is due to our error or a defective product, April Studio will cover shipping charges.
  • For size exchanges or customer-requested exchanges, shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
6. Sale Items

Products purchased during sale or promotional offers are not eligible for return or exchange.
