To keep them looking their best:
– Hand wash or gentle machine cycle
– Use mild detergent
– Dry in shade, avoid direct sun
– Iron on low heat if needed
– Store folded, not hung (for shape retention)
Each piece is made to last - treat it with the same intention.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
We currently offer exchanges only, not returns or refunds. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, with all tags intact, and reported within 3 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to availability - if the item is out of stock, we’ll provide a credit note or the option to wait for restock. Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the item received is wrong or defective.
